Payment & Shipping

medicart.com.bd offers Cash on Delivery (COD) and Mobile Banking (bKash, DBBL Mobile Banking-Rocket ) as payment methods.

We will arrange for shipment of the products to you. Shipping schedules are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in the shipments. Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, political disruptions, and other unforeseen circumstances. Title and risk of loss and damages are passed on to you upon the delivery of the product.

Replacement Policy

If you find any kind of problems after receiving your product (such as a physically damaged product, the product does not function properly, or the product not the same as displayed in the image), you can receive a replacement for your product. In such cases, please, inform us through an e-mail to supporrt@medicart.com.bd or call us at  (9 am-6 pm) or inbox us at https://www.facebook.com/medicart.com.bd

Replacement is subject to availability of stock with the Supplier. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked. Please, note that medicart.com.bd will bear all shipment charges for this type of replacement.

Replacement Process:

1. Call to create your return request    

2. Fill in the returns form you received with your order

3. Pack your MediCart parcel securely, with the product in the original undamaged packaging as delivered to you

4. Attach the return label that you received with your order to the top of the parcel (ensure that the delivery label is covered)

5. Head to your nearest drop-off point or wait for collection by our pick-up service

6. We will send you a confirmation SMS
